Alternatively, our surveyor will be only too pleased to assist with creating a bill of quantities for you.

The client may nominate sub-contractors to carry out elements of the work, while Homedale project / site manage and supply its staff to carry out the general builders works, indeed supplying all trades if desired.
This is a useful method and best used to save costs in renovation, conservations, refurbishments and alterations of existing buildings, whether listed, historical or new, domestic or commercial, especially design and build projects where ideas develop as the project progresses.
