Working with our clients living in their home during construction, Homedale (UK) Developments Ltd, converted and attic space into two bedrooms, study area and family bathroom. A new entrance and boot room on the ground floor, a new staircase and new ground floor ceilings and lighting throughout.

Creating a team consisting of an enthusiastic, clear visioned and accommodating family, alongside considerate professional tradesmen and tradeswomen, the project was swiftly concluded within a few weeks of hard work on a time and material basis, shaving thousands of pounds off quotes from other builders. 

This project was designed, planning application, built, and delivered by Homedale (UK) Developments Ltd.

Architectural Design

Flat roof areas designed to have less impact on neighbouring homes and to maximise space and light inside and out.

White render at low levels to reflect the excellent natural light, give width to the property, whilst not changing the original look and feel of the building.

Interior design 

Viktoria designed the new dining room to achieve symmetry. A neutral pallet was desired and natural products used in ensuites including slate wall tiles to continue the natural slate and granite theme from outside into the home.

Remove kitchen internal wall to create and open living space. New kitchen, plastering, internal doors and ironmongery, external doors and windows, refurbish fireplace and make good externally with new cladding and decoration.
